AIQL: Ai Driven Document Decision-making RAG Application

Objective

To eliminate the validation bottleneck, we aimed to automate OCR and structured knowledge extraction from 1,000+ page records.
Build an agentic pipeline to create iterative ontologies and knowledge graphs.
Implement auto-generated decision trees for systematic "approve/decline" logic.
Maintain a Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) interface for manual verification.

Overview

AiQL is a next-generation, GraphRAG-based validation platform designed for institutions with high-volume, high-stakes document flows, in such industrie as healthcare, legal, construction. The tool automates the scanning, structure, and validation of complex records to support critical decision-making in highly regulated environments.

Problem

In sectors like medicine and law, validating new regulations or drug research requires manually reviewing thousands of pages of documentation. This process is labor-intensive and prone to fatigue-related errors, creating significant bottlenecks in bringing products or legal decisions to market. Existing tools often fail to capture the deep relational nuances required for formal approval.

What We Did

We built an OCR pipeline using Vision-Language (VL) models to scan documents and convert them into "knowledge items."

We deployed a multi-agent system powered by Gemini 3. An Extraction Agent chunks data, a Validation Agent executes decision-tree logic, and a Knowledge Graph Agent maps every relationship into Neo4j to create an audit-ready source of truth.

We developed a dashboard where human operators can go through auto-generated decision trees to manually confirm or disprove critical validation
