We performed an in-depth evaluation of the Neo4j database design which supported a SaaS application. The main objective of this project focused on strengthening both reliability and functional capabilities of the database system while adding an audit log feature to monitor all user activities. The evaluation together with subsequent modifications served to protect the data management system from degradation and maintain operational productivity.
